3D Movies and TV
Nintendo has tied up with some major studios to make their 3D movies compatible with their out of the world device. Not to mention that the trailer of an upcoming Disney movie was screened on the 3DS during the E3 expo. A huge number of titles are already underway: 3DS games announced.
New "S3D" footage produced by Nipon TV Network and Fuji Television stations will start to distribute 3D MOVIES for free to 3DS THROUGH SPOT PASS. This surely will be the trigger to emerge future 3DTV from 3DS. Hopefully Sky 3D or another European channel will allow S3D movies for free to UK 3DS gamers.

The movie is added by a system update. It features nature, bears in the wild, a group of skydivers, skateboard freestyle and skiing.

To cement the close relationship Sky has with Nintendo, Sky 3D will be broadcasting packaged highlights from tonight’s Nintendo 3DS launch event called Nintendo 3DS Ignition.
Dawn Paine of Nintendo said: "Nintendo 3DS Ignition is not only a games industry first but marks the arrival of portable, glasses-free 3D gaming and entertainment. The opportunity to work with Sky to broadcast the event in 3D offers the perfect synergy in terms of helping building our credentials and bringing 3D to as many people as possible."
